Gather Your Support Team
You will need Time, Talent and Treasure to help you make your rounds. This can be yours, or resources other people in your community are willing to give you to support your work.
Make and Distribute the Food
When you get out on the street ask those who appear to be unhoused three questions: Are you unhoused? Are you hungry? Would you like some food? Three yeses = One Breakfast Given.
Be the Bridge
Gain permission to ask the next three questions that matter more: If you could have a home of your own—not shared housing—would you live there? If you were offered a job—not necessarily manual labor—would you take it? If yes, what job would you do, and what training do you think you'd need?

Why just 20 breakfasts?
Because we tested it out: One person, or perhaps even two, baking/making what you need, assembling all the packaging, printing out the lables, and getting the breakfasts out on the streets at a rate of 20 per day is where the limit between being diligent and being fatigued is found. BTW, the cost for doing this can range up to $100 per day at August 2026 prices.
Are there recipies?
Yes. Our goal is to balance nutrition, taste and cottage baking capability. We've tested the recipes we use, and these are the ones we expect you to make. Not because we are controlling, but because we are concerned about delivering consistent results among a team of up to 450 Knights.
Why 450 Kinghts?
450 is the number of Walking Knights we need to build bridges @ 20 breakfasts per Knight's Team for a total of 9,000 unhoused neighbors helped per day... that's the average number of unhoused neighbors who spend their nights unhoused in Las Vegas, each and every night... right on the streets where we live.
Is there an app that can help with the bridging tasks my support team needs to help get done?
Yes. We are working on the first MVP for an app that makes the best of what AI and Agentic Technology have to offer us. It will allow you, the local Walking Knight: 1) To create an impromptu pod cast with the unhoused neighbor you intend to help; 2) To turn that podcast about what has happened, what has been tried, what worked, what failed, and what hopes still exist, into a text which today's LLMs — and whatever their next generation cognates may be — will be able to use to create a detailed list comprising the things to do, processes to follow, people to see, and pitfalls to avoid. 3) To involve your support team in promoting the execution and tracking the progress of what is to be done. 4) To publish the outcomes and impacts about out three main OKRs: Number of Unhoused Neighbors Housed, Number Employed, and Number Trained. 5) To enable our app administrators to refine and score incoming public data to ensure the LLMs neither hallucinate nor continue to use ineffective pathways to resolution.
Where can I have my support team contribute to my support, so everything can be properly tracked?
Simply have them sign up for recurring support for your work.
Is there another way I can get the money I need to be a Walking Knight?
Yes, Join Team Grant as a Legal Shield business builder and then dedicate a portion of your NAIT to helping the 20 unhoused neighbors you wish to serve in your neighborhood. Letting everyone know your reason for seeking new enrollees at Legal Shield is a great way to tell your story to the potential members and fellow business builders you may seek to enroll on your team.
