GrantHelpsVegas.com operates as a for-profit enterprise on the Scramble-4-Peace.com Platform by design, not by accident.

The work we are doing—meeting people experiencing homelessness right on the streets where we live, helping them navigate transportation, access services, find food, and regain footing—requires consistency, accountability, speed, and sustainability. These are the very strengths that well-run for-profit enterprises are uniquely equipped to provide.

At the same time, GrantHelpsVegas.com exists to test and demonstrate a larger idea: 

The Mercy Dividend.

The Mercy Dividend is the principle that mercy is not a cost center, but a productive force. When resources are pooled and deployed with clarity, dignity, and human presence, mercy does not diminish—it multiplies. The returns may not always appear on a traditional balance sheet, but they show up reliably in reduced harm, restored agency, strengthened community, and long-term social savings.

If mercy can be practiced in a way that sustains itself, compensates labor fairly, and still serves those most often left out, then it proves something essential: that care for human beings is not opposed to economic reality, but can operate within it and reshape it.

GrantHelpsVegas.com does not extract value from vulnerable people. It invests in presence, time, and practical help—and any surplus generated is reinvested directly into expanding that work.

This enterprise exists as a living laboratory for communities, churches, funders, and policymakers who are asking the same question:

The Mercy Dividend is not theoretical here.

It is tested on sidewalks, bus routes, library lines, and early mornings.

Right on the streets where we live.

We don’t measure success by vanity metrics alone.

Yes—meals served matter.

Yes—hours volunteered matter.

But these numbers are only table stakes. By themselves, they don’t move dividend needles. They keep us in the game and tell us what’s happening, not what’s changing.

To become true winners in the game of life, we must go beyond the compulsory blind calls and begin playing our hands for the big pots.

That’s why we’ve adopted the three core OKRs developed through S7-BOWLING™ as the pass-through objectives that drive everything we do:
