My purpose is to HELP MERCY ABOUND, so that Hope & Joy can spark us all onto greatness… FOREVER! 

Indeed, no team is too small, nor enterprise too large to benefit from my nearly 40 years of leadership development experience.

I am a seasoned, hands-on, technically astute, product delivery professional who has spent my entire life learning how to become the best “Agility Whisperer” I can be, so that I can inspire us all to work as purposefully & profitably as we can in whatever we may choose to do together… wherever we may go.

I do this by helping both you, and everyone I meet, to become The Refreshing ICED-T that YOU were Always Meant To Be.
